Reverse description The heraldic shield of Jülich, bearing an eagle displayed, is centrally positioned within a pointed sexfoil (six-lobed gothic frame), the lobes formed by cusped arches typical of Gothic numismatic design. The field between the sexfoil and the coin's edge is plain, with the circumferential Latin legend running along the outer border. The overall reverse design is bold and well-centered, consistent with Rhenish Weißpfennig coinage of the late 14th century.
