| Obverse description | Plain aluminium field bearing the legend 'K.V. de Waggelerre' arching along the upper rim, with the large numeral '1' prominently displayed in the centre field above the word 'WAGGEL' in bold raised lettering. The inscription 'VOEREN' appears at the base of the coin. The entire design is bordered by a continuous dotted inner rim running parallel to the coin's edge, typical of club token craftsmanship. |

De Waggelerre is a Flemish carnival association based in Voeren (Fourons), a small Belgian municipality whose linguistic status has been politically contested since the 1960s — the so-called "Voerenkwestie" that repeatedly destabilized federal coalitions. Local associations in such communities often issued their own token currency for use at events, entirely outside national monetary oversight. This piece is that kind of purely internal scrip.
