背面描述 Plain reverse field surrounding the central square perforation, with a raised inner rim encircling the hole and a raised outer rim at the coin's edge. A crescent symbol is present to the right of the square hole and a dot appears to the left, serving as mint or workshop marks. The surface exhibits the rough, granular texture typical of cast zinc cash coins, with no additional legends or decorative elements.

附加信息

Chính Hòa was the reign title of Emperor Lê Hy Tông, used from 1680 to 1705 — one of the longer reign periods of the Later Lê dynasty, during which the actual political power sat with the Trịnh lords, not the emperor himself. Zinc cash coins of this type circulated alongside cast copper issues but occupy an ambiguous position in the numismatic record: the "unofficial" designation reflects production outside direct court authorization, likely by provincial or private casters filling a chronic shortage of small denomination coinage.

Toda's 1882 catalogue remains the primary reference for Annamese cash, and entry 290 places this piece among the less systematically documented zinc variants.
