Obverse description A club depicted in relief at center, oriented vertically, with a single pellet (value mark for one uncia) positioned to the right of the club in the field. The surface is irregular and slightly convex, consistent with cast production techniques of the period. The design is rendered in a bold, schematic style typical of Central Italian aes grave coinage.

The vessel is rendered in a schematic yet recognizable style, occupying the majority of the flan. The surface displays a naturally uneven texture consistent with cast bronze manufacture of the 3rd century BC.
