| Obverse description | Facing bust effigy of Ahmad Shah Qajar, Shah of Iran (r. 1909–1925), depicted in military uniform with epaulettes and wearing the traditional Qajar karakul hat surmounted by a prominent aigrette plume. The Solar Hijri date is divided across the field to either side of the portrait, with the first two digits (۱۳) to the left and the remaining two digits to the right. The coin is bordered by a fine beaded rim. |
