Reverse description Within a beaded inner circle, a floriated cross with fleurs-de-lis at each terminal occupies the central field, dividing the inner area into four quarters. The legend PP ANGLE Q COMES C runs around the outer margin, referencing Massimiliano Sforza's titles as Count of Pavia and Angera. The overall style is consistent with late medieval Milanese hammered coinage, displaying typical fleur-de-lis ornamentation at the cross ends.
