The figure is rendered in a stylized, provincially influenced manner characteristic of Burgundian imitative issues struck in the name of Justin I. A circular Latin legend surrounds the type, referencing Victoria Augusti and Constantinople. The exergue area retains traces of inscription, and the overall execution reflects the barbarous imitative character of the series. |
