Obverse description Central field bearing the royal legend of Fath Ali Shah Qajar in bold nastaliq calligraphy, arranged in two registers separated by a horizontal dividing line. The upper register displays the ruler's honorific titles and the epithet 'Sahebqeran' (Lord of the Auspicious Conjunction), while the lower register carries his name and royal style. The inscription is surrounded by an ornate foliate border of curling arabesques and stylized floral motifs rendered in high relief, characteristic of early Qajar hammered gold coinage.
