The inscription is enclosed within a prominent inner circle formed by a continuous beaded border of evenly spaced raised pellets, a hallmark feature of Qajar mint issues from Kashan. An outer plain linear border runs close to the coin's edge, framing the beaded inner ring. The hammered flan produces a slightly uneven surface across the field, typical of hand-struck Qajar gold coinage of this period. |
