| 背面描述 | The Soyombo symbol, the central element of Mongolia's national emblem, occupies the middle of the design within a field of fine guilloche work and decorative geometric underprinting. Denomination numerals appear at left and right, with the country name and issuing bank inscribed in Cyrillic Mongolian script. |

| 备注 |
Mongolia's 1 Tögrög has been largely symbolic in purchasing power terms for decades — by 2008, it was worth less than a tenth of a US cent, and virtually useless in daily transactions. Mongolbank continued issuing it anyway, a common central bank concession to the denomination's role in accounting and vending systems rather than any real exchange function.
Giesecke & Devrient's involvement is unsurprising; the Munich printer has handled Mongolian currency production across multiple series. The watermark is the sole security feature, which is minimal even by low-denomination standards.
