背面描述 The reverse is divided into two symmetrical panels, each centered on a large denomination numeral '1' set within an elaborate circular guilloche rosette with fine lathe-work underprint in green and brown tones. Vertical columns of traditional Mongolian script run through the central field between the two panels, carrying the note's value and issuing authority inscriptions. Corner numerals '1' appear at all four corners, and the overall composition is enclosed within a scalloped guilloche border.

备注

The Mongolian People's Republic's currency in 1939 was printed entirely by Goznak in Moscow — an arrangement that reflected the MPR's near-total economic and political dependency on the Soviet Union during this period. The so-called Trade and Industry Bank was nominally Mongolian but operated under close Soviet oversight, and the printing contract with Goznak was never a matter of open commercial bidding.

P#14 belongs to the second major tögrög series, which replaced the first Soviet-era printings of the late 1920s. Notes from this 1939 issue circulated through the war years and well into the late 1940s before the next series superseded them.
