Obverse description Central device depicts a mythical serpentine creature (Naga or sea-dragon) rendered in high relief, its scaled body coiling across the field with an elaborate feathered tail. A royal Cambodian yantra or sacred monogram appears above the creature within the inner circle. Surrounding the central motif is a circular legend in Khmer script, with decorative dot-and-line ornaments separating the inscription segments around the periphery.
