Reverse description Elaborate crowned heraldic achievement of the County of Hanau-Münzenberg at centre, comprising a quartered shield with multiple armorial divisions, supported on either side by rampant lions serving as shield-bearers, all above a decorative cartouche bearing the inscription BIBERER SILBER. The date 1784 is placed in the lower field beneath the shield, with the mint master's initials C·L·R· below. The upper peripheral legend X. EINE FEINE MARCK encircles the design, denoting the fineness standard of ten coins to the fine mark, separated from the milled rim by a dentilated border.
