| Reverse description | Quartered heraldic shield of the Duchy of Württemberg, displaying the arms of Württemberg and Teck in the upper quarters and Mömpelgard and Reichssturmfahne in the lower quarters, surmounted by a crested helmet with the Württemberg stag as crest and a radiant sun above. The shield is set within a beaded inner circle, with the date MDXXXVII (1537) incorporated into the surrounding Latin legend. The reverse legend conveys a devotional inscription attributing glory to God Almighty. The heraldic engraving is characteristic of the Renaissance German territorial coinage tradition. |
