Obverse description Armored bust of Archduke Maximilian III facing right, wearing a ruffled collar, with the cross of the Teutonic Order displayed prominently on his breast. The date 16-14 is divided by the bust at the left and right sides of the field. A leaved inner circle frames the effigy, with a continuous Latin legend commencing at 12 o'clock. The engraver's signature appears below the bust in the lower field.
