| 背面描述 | Full-length standing figure of Saint Rupert, patron saint of Salzburg, holding a salt box in his left hand and a crozier in his right, positioned above the arms of the city of Salzburg. The surrounding legend, which begins at 12 o'clock, is divided at the top by a mitre. The date of the original host coin appears within the legend, while the Salzburg revalidation countermark '16S81', applied by Archbishop Max Gandolf von Kuenburg in 1681, is prominently struck on the reverse field. This countermark served to authenticate and restamp earlier Thalers originally issued under Archbishop Paris von Lodron (1619–1653) for continued circulation. |
