Reverse description A fully armored knight striding to the right and carrying a large banner, enclosed within a circle of fourteen small heraldic shields representing the territories of the Teutonic Order, arranged clockwise from noon: Alsace, Habsburg, Prussia, Carinthia, Anterior Austria, Castile, Leon, Teutonic Order, Hungary, Bohemia, Austria, Burgundy, Styria, Carniola, and Gorizia. In the exergue below appears a larger blazon of the cross of the Teutonic Order with the arms of Tyrol at its center, accompanied by the date of the original issue. The composition is rendered in high relief within a beaded border.
