| Obverse description | Central field displays an ornate quartered coat of arms within an oval cartouche, featuring fleurs-de-lis and trident-like charges in the upper quarters, and annulets with crosslets in the lower quarters, all surmounted by a decorative crest above the shield. The arms are enclosed within a plain inner circle, with the date divided as 16-23 flanking the shield.
