The eagle's wings are spread and richly feathered, with talons clutching orb and sceptre. On the eagle's breast is a large quartered heraldic shield bearing the arms of the Habsburg dominions, including Hungary, Bohemia, Austria, Burgundy, and Tyrol among others.
