Superimposed on the eagle's breast is a U-shaped cartouche bearing a quartered coat of arms comprising Árpádian stripes, the Bohemian lion, Árpádian stripes, and the Bohemian lion; at the center of this shield an escutcheon displays the uncrowned Austrian and Burgundian arms.
