| Popis rubu | Elaborate quartered coat of arms of the Bishopric of Freising and the Diocese of Regensburg, surmounted by a prince-bishop's mitre and crossed crozier and sword as ecclesiastical insignia, all set upon a draped mantle beneath a princely crown. The shield displays the combined heraldic arms of the two sees along with Schroffenberg family arms, richly detailed in the engraver's art. The date 1790 is divided on either side of the shield in the field. The denomination legend '* X • EINE FEINE MARK *' appears in the lower exergue, indicating this coin's fineness standard as a Konventionstaler struck to the convention of 10 thalers per Cologne mark of fine silver. |
