Obverse description Draped bust of Johann Anton, Duke of Krummau, facing right, with long flowing curly hair and a short beard, wearing an elaborately ornamented doublet with decorative circular motifs on the collar and shoulders. The effigy divides the circular Latin legend, which runs continuously around the periphery within a beaded border. The portrait is rendered in high relief in the Baroque style typical of mid-17th century German coinage.
