Reverse description Elaborate quartered coat of arms of the Hohenzollern dynasty of Brandenburg, comprising multiple heraldic shields arranged in a large multi-partite escutcheon and surmounted by a crested great helm flanked by two further crests, all supported by ornate Renaissance cartouche strapwork. The central escutcheon displays the Hohenzollern quarterings including the Brandenburg eagle, the Sceptre of the Arch-Chamberlainship, and other territorial arms. The surrounding Latin legend reads IMP • ARCHI • CA • ET • ELECTO • D • P • 1605 • MH, denoting the elector's Imperial offices and the mint master's initials MH, with the date 1605 incorporated into the legend. A beaded inner border frames the heraldic composition.
