The surrounding legend HIERONYMUS NAPOLEON runs along the inner border in raised Latin capitals, separated at intervals by decorative stops. The entire design is contained within a beaded inner border, with fine milled denticles visible at the rim. |

The date 1810 appears below, flanked by decorative six-pointed rosette stops, with the Kassel mint letter C positioned beneath a short horizontal rule at the bottom of the field. The circular legend KOENIG VON WESTPHALEN FR. PR. runs along the periphery in raised Latin capitals, separated by ornamental stops. The entire reverse legend and central text are executed in a clean, Neo-Classical engraving style consistent with the Napoleonic period.
