The outer legend REDEVNT SATVRNIA REGNA (the Saturnian age returns) encircles the upper half, and a rectangular tablet in the lower exergue carries the four-line inscription recording the reopening of the mine in 1750, with the initials I.B.H. of the mint master below. |
