The text commemorates his birth at Weverlingen on 9 May 1711, his first marriage prepared in Berlin on 20 November 1730, his accession to rule in Bayreuth on 26 February 1763, and notes his twenty-eighth year of reign and fifty-second year of age. Below the inscription, the German standard legend X.EINE FEINE MARK denotes the coin's fineness, followed by the mint official's initials C.L.R. |
