| Obverse description | Draped and armored bust of King Frederick I of Württemberg facing left, wearing a military uniform adorned with epaulettes and the badge of a knightly order on his chest, his powdered hair dressed in the late 18th-century fashion with a ribbon queue visible at the shoulder. The effigy is rendered in high relief with fine detail in the drapery and facial features. The engraver's initials I.L.W. appear in small letters at the lower right of the bust truncation. The encircling legend reads FRIDERICUS D.G. REX WÜRTTEMBERGIAE, positioned along the outer rim of the obverse field. |
