| 表面の説明 | Dedication inscription in multiple lines within the field, surmounted by a royal crown at the top. The Latin text commemorates Elector Frederick Augustus I of Saxony and is addressed to his beloved mother Anna Sophia, Princess Hereditary of Denmark, born at Flensburg on 1 September 1647, Dowager Electress of Saxony, who died at Lichtenburg on 1 July 1717. The lower portion of the field carries a dedicatory verse in smaller lettering, concluding with the phrase MONUMENTUM PERENNE and the initials F. F. The entire composition is executed in a formal epigraphic style characteristic of early 18th-century Saxon memorial coinage, with no portrait effigy present. |

| 裏面の説明 | A large three-masted sailing ship, fully rigged and under sail, is depicted in the centre of the field, navigating calm waters with a distant coastline and cloudy sky in the background. The scene is rendered in fine engraved detail, conveying a sense of motion and grandeur typical of Baroque allegorical coinage. The legend DEO DUCE arcs across the upper portion of the field, while PORTUM INVENIT appears along the lower exergual area, together forming the motto 'With God as guide, he found port.' The engraver's initials I. G. S. T. (Johann Georg Schnitzspahn) are inscribed below the ship in the exergue. The maritime allegory alludes to the Elector's soul finding safe harbour in death under divine guidance. |
