Between them in the lower field rests a large laurel-wreathed cartouche inscribed with the vicariate legend. The date MDCCXI appears divided across the lower field flanking the cartouche, with the mintmaster's initials I.L.H. below at left. The inscriptions FRID: AUG: REX and ELECTOR appear in the upper field identifying the two roles. |
