Obverse description Draped bust of Francis Louis, Bishop of Breslau, facing right, wearing a voluminous allonge wig with flowing curls and a clerical collar, rendered in the high Baroque portrait style typical of late 17th-century German ecclesiastical coinage. The effigy occupies most of the field, with fine detail in the drapery and wig. A circular Latin legend surrounds the portrait within a beaded border: FRANC.LUDOV.D.G EPISC.WRATISL.

Reverse description Elaborately rendered baroque achievement of arms featuring a large quartered ornamental shield surmounted by a bishop's mitre, with the date 1694 divided on either side of the mitre at the top. The central escutcheon displays the multiple quarterings of Francis Louis's heraldic titles, supported by scrolling Baroque mantling and additional smaller shields arranged around the main composition. A circular Latin legend surrounds the entire design within a beaded border, recording his titles as Count Palatine of the Rhine and Duke of Bavaria.
