| Obverse description | Draped bust of Francis Louis, Bishop of Breslau, facing right, wearing a voluminous allonge wig with flowing curls and a clerical collar, rendered in the high Baroque portrait style typical of late 17th-century German ecclesiastical coinage. The effigy occupies most of the field, with fine detail in the drapery and wig. A circular Latin legend surrounds the portrait within a beaded border: FRANC.LUDOV.D.G EPISC.WRATISL. |
