Obverse description Crowned imperial double-headed eagle displayed over the city arms of Augsburg, the entire composition set upon a decorated pediment flanked by reclining river god figures in the Baroque style. The date 1760 is inscribed on the pediment in three lines, with the mint official's mark positioned below. The legend encircles the design, referencing the city of Augusta Vindelicorum and the convention monetary standard.

Reverse description Draped and laureate bust of Holy Roman Emperor Francis I facing right, rendered in high relief with finely detailed periwig and elaborate imperial robes adorned with the Order of the Golden Fleece visible at the chest. The emperor's effigy occupies the majority of the field, with the circular Latin legend distributed around the periphery identifying him as Emperor of the Romans. A small decorative floral or rosette stop separates the end and beginning of the legend.
