Obverse description Laureate armored bust of Emperor Ferdinand II facing right, wearing a straight falling collar, set within a beaded inner circle. The imperial legend arcs around the bust in Latin, with the date in small numerals positioned below in the field. The effigy is rendered in the high Baroque portrait style characteristic of the Graz Mint in the 1630s.
