| Obverse description | Draped bust of Duke Eberhard Louis facing right, wearing a full-bottomed curled periwig and lace cravat with armored pauldron visible at the shoulder, rendered in high relief in the late Baroque style. The bust is positioned centrally within a broadly milled border. The encircling Latin legend reads EBERH:LVD:D G:DVX WIRTEMB, identifying the ruler by name and title. The portrait is finely engraved with strong three-dimensional modeling typical of the work attributed to P.H. Müller. No inner border is present, the legend running close to the toothed rim. |
