Charles VI never visited Bohemia after his coronation there in 1723, yet the Prague mint continued striking thalers in his name through the 1720s under the administration of the Bohemian Chamber. The 1725 issue falls within a relatively stable production window, but Prague thaler output fluctuated sharply year to year depending on silver supplies routed through the Joachimsthal and Kutná Hora operations — both by then well past their peak productivity.
