| Beschrijving voorzijde | Right-facing draped bust of Elector Charles Theodore rendered in high relief in the Baroque court portrait tradition, with elaborately dressed powdered wig tied in a queue with a bow at the nape and falling in loose curls over the shoulders. The effigy is attired in an armored cuirass with decorative drapery and an ornate lace jabot visible at the chest. The mintmaster's initials H.ST. appear incuse on the truncation of the shoulder. | Beschrijving keerzijde | Central device depicts the enthroned Madonna as Patrona Bavariae, seated facing with the Christ Child on her left arm, both figures rendered with regal solemnity. Beneath the Madonna's feet is an upturned crescent moon resting on billowing clouds, a traditional Marian iconographic element. A radiant glory of fine rays emanates from behind the central group, filling the field. The date appears in the exergue below the cloud device.
