Reverse description Elaborate Baroque coat of arms at centre, featuring a quartered shield displaying the arms of Lorraine and Bar combined with other dynastic and episcopal heraldic elements, surmounted by a princely crown. The central shield is set upon an eight-pointed cross, the badge of the Order of the Knights of Malta, with supporters consisting of heraldic eagles on either side. Decorative scrollwork and acanthus flourishes fill the lower field. The surrounding Latin legend reads DVX.LOTHAR:ET.BAR:S:R:I:PS:R.C:BO:COM.1702, citing his titles as Duke of Lorraine and Bar, Prince of the Holy Roman Empire, and Count, with the date 1702 incorporated into the legend.
