Reverse description Standing figure of the Wild Man (Wilder Mann), the traditional heraldic supporter of the House of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, depicted as a bearded man clothed in foliage, holding an uprooted tree in his left hand with the roots aloft. The mint master's initials EPH appear in the exergue beneath his feet. The reverse motto legend is inscribed around the field in Latin. The design follows the long-established Brunswick Wildemann type and is executed in the baroque style consistent with the coinage of Duke August William.
