Reverse description A standing female allegorical figure, helmeted and armoured in the manner of Minerva, occupies the centre of the field, holding a spear in her right hand and a shield in her left. She is attended by three putti: one to the lower left bearing scales of justice, one to the lower right holding a laurel branch, and one airborne in the upper right. A radiant sun with a face appears above in the upper field, shedding rays over the composition. The circumferential Latin legend proclaims virtuous governance under divine auspice.
