Obverse description Crowned and draped coat of arms at centre, composed of two quartered oval escutcheons side by side beneath a prince-bishop's crown, flanked by two standing male supporters, each holding a staff or banner. A third smaller shield appears below at the base. The entire device is set within a finely engraved field. The circumferential legend runs continuously around the coin, recording the dates of election and consecration along with the denomination and fineness standard in Latin and German.
