A decorative arabesque ornament appears beneath the inscription. The peripheral legend continues the margrave's titles in Latin, separated by a cross patée, running around the full circumference of the coin within a milled border. |

Albert II, Margrave of Brandenburg-Ansbach, died in 1667 after a reign marked by the slow reconstruction of his territories following the devastation of the Thirty Years' War.
