The text reads 'SOLEMNIVM / A. MDLXXXVI. / PER ACTORVM / MEMORIAM / PATRVM PATRIAE / INDVLGENTIA / CELEBRANT / SAGITTARII RATISB. / A. MDCCLXXXVIII.'
