Reverse description The crowned imperial double-headed eagle displayed at centre, its wings spread and bearing upon its breast the elaborately quartered arms of the Habsburg-Lorraine dynasty, flanked on either side by an ornamental laurel branch. The date 1762 appears to the upper left of the shield, with the denomination indication '10' to the upper right. A straight horizontal line below the eagle separates the field from the lower exergue, which bears the inscription LEGE VINDICE in two lines, with the mint mark SS-(N)-I.M.F. below, denoting the Nuremberg mint and associated officials. The peripheral legend reads 10 EINE FEINE MARCK, indicating the coin's weight standard of one-tenth of a fine Cologne Mark.
