| Obverse description | Centrally placed papal coat of arms of Pope Innocent XI (Benedetto Odescalchi), displaying an eagle surmounting a lion passant above three horizontal bands, all within an ornate baroque cartouche with acanthus scrollwork. Above the shield, the papal tiara with three crowns is flanked by the crossed keys of Saint Peter, rendered in high relief.
