| Reverse description | Hammered silver reverse bearing a two-line Arabic legend in the central field identifying the mint and regnal year. The inscription reads 'Zarb Khoqand' (struck in Khoqand) above the Hijri date 1293, rendered in bold Islamic calligraphic script. The legends fill the field with little margin, consistent with the compact design of late Khoqand Khanate tenga coinage. The surface shows the characteristic uneven relief and flan irregularity of hand-hammered production. A granulated or dotted border frames the inscription. |
