| Beschrijving keerzijde | A heart-shaped heraldic shield displaying the manifold quartered arms of the Spanish Crown — including the castles of Castile, lions of León, chains of Navarre, and fleurs-de-lis of Anjou among other quarterings — set within an ornate crowned Baroque cartouche with scrolled acanthus-leaf decoration. The royal legend encircles the composition, identifying Philip IV as King of the Spains and the Two Sicilies. Mintmaster initials appear in the field. The overall design is characteristic of the hammered silver coinage produced at the Naples mint during the early seventeenth century. |
