| Obverse description | The entire field is occupied by a multi-line religious and royal inscription rendered in Arakanese script (a variant of the Mon-Burmese script), boldly struck in high relief against an irregular hammered flan. The characters are arranged in horizontal registers filling the coin from rim to rim, with no border or decorative framing elements. The deeply incised letterforms display the characteristic rounded, cursive style typical of late Arakanese coinage. The inscription records the royal titulature and regnal invocation of King Maha Thamada Raza. |
