| Obverse description | Hammered copper flan bearing a multi-line Arabic inscription arranged in three or four horizontal registers across the field, identifying the ruler Qutb al-Din Ahmad Shah II. The legends are struck in a bold, slightly compressed Naskh-style script typical of Gujarat Sultanate coinage of the mid-fifteenth century. The flan is irregular and moderately thick, with the inscription partially weak at the margins due to the limitations of hand-struck production. The surface displays heavy green patination consistent with prolonged burial or extended circulation. |
