Obverse description Square hammered flan bearing multi-line Arabic inscription in bold Naskh script, divided horizontally by a raised linear border. The upper register contains the regnal formula referencing the sultan's lineage, while the lower register carries the AH date 923 along with the epithet 'bin Nasir Shah al-Khalji al-Sultan.' The legends are densely arranged to fill the field, with residual portions of the inscription extending into the margins of the irregular flan. The script is deeply struck with characteristic Malwa Sultanate calligraphic style.
