| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central circular cartouche enclosing a multi-line Arabic inscription in the field, surrounded by a wide marginal legend in Arabic script arranged in four registers. The overall layout follows the characteristic Bengal Sultanate tanka format with densely packed calligraphy filling the entire flan. The AH regnal date appears in the lower margin. Die workmanship is typical of hammered provincial coinage with slightly irregular strike. |
