| Beschrijving keerzijde | Square flan with an Arabic legend distributed across the field in a characteristic Mughal hammered style, bearing the full royal titulature of Emperor Akbar. The inscription is arranged in multiple registers across the die, reading the emperor's regnal name and titles in naskh-influenced script. The legends are struck in relatively high relief but show the characteristic weakness and irregular strike common to provincial copper tankas of the Malwa mint. The field is rough and uneven, with the die-struck Arabic characters partially obscured by corrosion and the irregular surface of the copper planchet. The coin's square shape and bold lettering are consistent with the Malwa regional type attributed to the reign of Jalal al-Din Muhammad Akbar. |
